THE INNOVATION IN A PRODUCTION PROCESS AWARD – CALL FOR NOMINATIONS

Boat Builder Awards

Boat Builder Awards for Business Achievement

In their race to cut costs, reduce lead times and improve quality, boat builders are raising their game. The Innovation in a Production Process Award sponsored by Whale, the fifth award category at this year’s Boat Builder Awards for Business Achievement, distinguishes those builders around the world truly setting new production benchmarks.

Judges are looking for improvements made to a boat builder’s production process in 2014/15 that are revolutionising the way they do business. Have the changes led to increased flexibility, reduced overheads, improved workflow and quality? Teams or individuals of boat building companies that have introduced lean processes, new quality or environmental control procedures, or invested in new lines, could be in the running for the Innovation in a Production Process Award.

To enter or nominate for this category Award please submit details of innovative changes to your production process in 2014/2015 via the Awards’ website, www.boatbuilderawards.com.

Winners will be announced at a glittering gala dinner to take place during METS on November 18 at the National Maritime Museum in Amsterdam.
